Helpful Information

Air Travel

There are multiple airports accessible to and from the resort. Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport (MFR) is the closest airport to the resort and is located about 1.5 hours away.

Primary Airport

  • Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport (MFR): The most convenient option, located in Medford, offering easy access to the city, Ashland, and Grants Pass.
    • It is approximately a 1.5 hour drive to the resort from the airport
    • Transportation will be available at limited times to bring you to the resort from the airport at no additional cost (we will do our best to coordinate all of the incoming/departing flight times and ensure you are taken care of)
    • You may choose to rent a vehicle if you prefer to drive
  • Eugene Airport (EUG): Roughly a 2-hour drive north, often considered the closest alternative.
  • Redding Airport (RDD): Approximately a 2-hour drive south in California.
  • Portland International Airport (PDX): About a 4.5 to 5-hour drive north, offering more major flight options.

Once your air has been confirmed to the MFR airport, make sure to email your itinerary to: [email protected] so ground transportation can be booked for you to and from the resort.

Car Rental

There are several car rental companies at the airport. Be sure to give yourself some extra time if you choose to rent a car.

Time Zone

Oregon is within the Pacific Time Zone, which may differ from your current time zone.  We have two tips to help beat jet lag! #1 Stay hydrated! #2 As tempting as it may be, avoid a nap the day you arrive and try and stay up until your normal bedtime.

Weather

Early July in Klamath Falls usually brings sunny, beautiful summer weather with warm afternoons, cool evenings, and very little rain. Expect daytime temperatures near 80°F, with crisp mornings and nights in the 40s or 50s, so layering is ideal.

Dress Code

For your wardrobe, consider lightweight fabrics like cotton or linen to keep cool. The dress code for the week will be casual, but for the evenings, think “low key resort chic”. A light cardigan is handy for evenings or breezy days.

The cost to attend the retreat is $599.

Your registration fee includes:

  • Transportation to and from Medford Airport (MFR)
  • Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Group events as listed on the agenda
  • Complimentary access to the fully stocked Hospitality Room
  • All materials
  • Access to onsite activities
  • Complimentary internet access

We welcome you to join us for the retreat.Â
