Your registration fee includes: 

• Transportation to and from Medford Airport (MFR) 
  • Limited shuttle times will be available and determined based on group arrival times
• Meals for the duration of the retreat
• Group events as listed on the agenda
• Complimentary access to the stocked Hospitality Room
• Printed materials
• Access to onsite activities as available and provided by the resort
• Complimentary internet access as available and provided by the resort

Your registration fee does not include: 

• Travel costs from home to the airport or resort
• Lodging (group discount and code available after signup)
• Additional activities and spa amenities

Important: All retreat registrations are final and non-refundable.
When you reserve your spot, we immediately commit to non-refundable costs for the venue, meals, transportation, and materials for you. Because of this, we aren’t able to offer refunds or credits if your plans change, including illness or emergencies.
