Guest Speaker Agreement and Release

By completing the following fields, you are agreeing to the following speaker's agreement and release. Your typed name shall serve as acknowledgement and date submitted as signed.
This agreement is between Brave Widow, and the guest who will appear in the podcast or training video. Guest will be referred to as “Guest"; Brave Widow, company and representatives will be referred to as “BW.”
BW desires to electronically record the guest's interview or training. Guest understands that for educational, promotional, marketing, and commercial applications, we will make Guest's presentation/interview video recording available at no charge.
The below named Guest does hereby irrevocably consent to the recording and distribution of reproduction(s) of the Guest's voice, likeness, and performance as part of the media program entitled Brave Widow, (herein referred to as the "Program"). Guest represents that he or she has the full right, power and authority to grant this interview and to perform all the provisions contained in this agreement.
In consideration of being invited to appear on the Program, Guest does hereby acknowledge that Brave Widow (“BW”) is the sole owner of all worldwide rights, title, and interest, including copyright, in and to the Program, and the recording(s) thereof, for all purposes; and that BW has the unfettered right, among other things, to use, exploit and distribute the Program, and Guest’s performance as embodied therein in any and all media or formats, throughout the world, in perpetuity. Any materials created in connection with the production and distribution of the Program (“Materials”) become property of BW, and BW shall have the sole and exclusive right to use, exploit and distribute such Materials, throughout the world, in perpetuity.
Nothing contained in this Release shall be construed to obligate BW to use or exploit any of the rights granted or acquired by BW, or to make, sell, license, distribute or otherwise exploit the Program or Materials whatsoever.
Guest understands and agrees that he/she shall receive no monetary compensation for appearances on and participation in the Program.
Guest's name, voice, title, image, and likeness may be used in advertising and promotional material for the Program, but not as an endorsement of any product or service.
Guest hereby releases and discharges BW from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, marketing, transmitting by any means or otherwise using the above-mentioned production.
Guest is permitted to make an offer during the discussion to pitch their community, classes, book, website etc.
Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BW, and all associated companies from and against all claims, losses, expenses, and liabilities of every kind including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of the inaccuracy or breach of any provisions of this agreement. Guest expressly releases BW from any and all claims arising out of the use of the material.
This agreement shall be governed in accordance within the province of US law, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties, and may be amended only in writing. Please indicate your understanding and agreement with the terms of the agreement by completing the form below.
